KXD products have good electrochemical stability and safety. Please strictly observe the company's specifications and operation precautions when using the product. The battery may leak, short circuit, bulge or even cause fire due to misuse. Shenzhen Kaixinda Energy Technology Co., Ltd. does not bear any responsibility for any accidents caused by failure to operate according to the specifications.

If customers need to use batteries outside the specifications and operating conditions, they should contact the technicians of Shenzhen Kaixinda Energy Technology Co., Ltd. in advance, because specific experimental tests are required to verify that the batteries are under the conditions of use. Performance and safety.

If the specification, raw materials, production process, or production control system changes, the changed information will be notified to the consumer in writing along with the quality and reliability data.

Foreword: The precautions for this operation are only applicable to the batteries produced by Shenzhen Kaixinda Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
1. Battery operation precautions:
 · Outer packaging aluminum-plastic composite film: The outer packaging of the polymer battery is an aluminum-plastic composite film, which is easily scratched by sharp parts such as needles, nails and nickel ear, so:
 · Disabling any sharp, thin hard objects from touching the outer packaging film.
 · It is best to wear gloves or cut long fingernails before handling.
 · Clean the workbench before operation to avoid the presence of sharp parts.
1.1 Heat sealed edges:
The periphery of the battery is the edge that is bonded at a certain high temperature, so please pay attention to the following when operating:
 · Folding has been completed during the production of the battery and passed the seal test, which prohibits opening or breaking the hem.
 · Top edge: The top edge is very vulnerable.
 · Do not bend the top edge.
1.2 The mechanical strength of the battery ear is not extremely strong, especially the positive ear: spot-welded aluminum-nickel composite tape (nickel tape) on the aluminum strip, must be handled carefully, and it is forbidden to repeatedly bend the tab. (Note: The pull force of aluminum/nickel tabs is <0.5Kgf.)
1.3 Mechanical impact: Do not fall, impact, bend the battery (including the bottom of the battery).
1.4 Short circuit: The short circuit cell is forbidden at any time, which will cause serious damage to the battery core.
2. Battery storage precautions:
The cell should be stored in the appropriate voltage and temperature range as specified in the product data sheet.
3. Battery case design considerations:
3.1 shell design
 · The battery case should have sufficient mechanical strength to protect its internal cells from mechanical shock.
 · There should be no sharp corners in the area where the cells are installed in the housing.
3.2 Protection circuit board design
 · The overcharge limit voltage should be less than 4.25V.
 · The overvoltage limit voltage should be greater than 2.30V.
 · The protection circuit module should have short-circuit protection.
4. Battery and housing assembly precautions:
4.1 Connection of the battery core
 · It is recommended to use ultrasonic welding or spot welding technology to connect the cell to the protection circuit module or other parts.
 · If manual soldering is used, the following items must be observed to ensure the function of the battery:
 · The temperature of the soldering iron is controllable and anti-static.
 · The temperature of the soldering iron should not exceed 350 °C;
 · Soldering time should not exceed 3 seconds; soldering can not exceed 2 times;
 · Secondary welding must be carried out after the edge seal has cooled down;
 · It is forbidden to solder directly on the top edge of the battery core (Note: the distance between the soldering or spot welding position and the ear tip rubber is >2.0mm). The high temperature above 60°C will reduce the sealing strength and cause the battery to leak.
 · Do not directly heat the battery. Above 100 °C, the battery will be damaged.
4.2 Battery installation
The battery cells must not be moved inside the casing.
5. Other matters:
5.1 In case of electrolyte leakage and contact with skin, eyes or other parts of the body, rinse the electrolyte immediately with water and consult a doctor.
5.2 It is strictly forbidden to put the battery into the fire
Under no circumstances should the battery be burned or put into the fire, otherwise it will cause the battery to explode. This is very dangerous and should be absolutely prohibited.
5.3 It is strictly forbidden to immerse the battery in the liquid. For example, water should not soak the battery, such as fresh water, sea water, beverage (juice, coffee, etc.).
5.4 Prohibition of use of damaged batteries
The battery core may be damaged by impact during the transportation process. If the battery core is found to have any abnormal characteristics, such as damage to the battery core seal, damage to the outer casing, smell of electrolyte gas, electrolyte leakage, etc., the battery core shall not be used. .
Batteries with electrolyte leakage or odor of electrolyte should be kept away from fire to avoid fire or explosion.

Polymer battery use precautions:
 · When charging, please use the specified charger and charge according to the instructions;
 · Do not heat or throw the battery into the fire;
 · Do not put the battery into the water or wet it;
 · Do not pierce the battery with sharp objects;
 · Please read the operating instructions carefully before use. Improper operation may cause the battery to become hot, catch fire, explode, destroy or attenuate the battery capacity.
 · Read the operation guide carefully before charging the battery;
 · Read the equipment operation manual carefully before loading or removing the battery from the device.
